‘Global Weirding’ is an artistic representation of climate change and its subsidiary issues. The images were taken using a 35mm pinhole camera constructed from a recycled cereal box, my subject was the natural landscape. I chose to scan the negatives into the computer, in effect scanning the landscape for profit – my profit being a photograph. This act of scanning for a profit echo’s the actions of industries such as oil, coal, natural gas and palm oil.
